Refund and Returns

At Collectors Haven AB, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or refunding your purchases made through our website or physical store.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and other media products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by us.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times for refunds can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at support@collectorshaven.se. Send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trackable Shipping

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
